'26 Summer Cross Country Camp

Get a head start on the fall season! This summer, middle school and high school Cross Country runners are invited to St. John XXIII for a high-intensity summer running camp!

What to Expect:

Professional Instruction: Led by Coach Rohrman, runners will receive individualized training tailored to their specific goals. Coach Rohrman's experience spans through NCAA, UIL, and TAPPS levels, as well as international insights gained while running and competing in Kenya.

Biomechanical Drills: Focusing on specialized drills designed to help runners identify personal strengths and weaknesses, ultimately developing efficient mechanics and injury-prevention habits. 

Targeted Group Training: To ensure an optimal training load, campers are organized into groups based on recent mile times and current fitness levels.
Advanced Training: 6:29 or Faster
Intermediate Training: 6:30-8:59
Note: Subgroups will be created within these tiers as needed to provide a truly personalized experience. 

Flexible Schedule: Runners can come and go as needed around summer trips. 

2026 Camp Options:

Date: June 8 - July 16 | 7:15 - 8:45 
Incoming 6th - 12th graders 
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Select Saturdays

Camp Fee: $100
