SJ23 Golf: Multiple Regional Qualifiers after District Tournament
The Lions demonstrated a strong performance at the 6A TAPPS District 4 Championships on Tuesday, April 15th, securing multiple qualifications for the regional competition. Individually, SJ23's Drew Laffere earned 2nd place, while Von DeYoung finished 3rd, Laffere and DeYoung will move onto regionals for the boys team.
The girls' squad, comprised of Valeria Garcia, Val Villasana, Alyssa Zeidan, Sophia Fruelda, and Karla Pham, also achieved success, placing 3rd as a team and advancing to the regional level.
