Academic information

  • Report cards are now available
      • Students who owe work scholarship, detention hours, library fines, athletics, Works of Mercy, or financial obligations will be unable to view their final report card until the obligation is resolved. The type of hold will be listed for your convenience.
      • Students who owe detention hours need to check their emails daily for an email from Mr. Oelkers on the next detention date.
      • Any semester of course work failed at SJ23 must be remediated during summer school. Read more here
  • Schedules 

    • Schedules are now available on Blackbaud. 
    • Any schedule corrections  please email Counseling@sj23lions.org 
    • There will be no schedule changes granted for the purpose of changing teachers, changing periods, or a change in elective courses that directly impact core courses.
    • Please note: course offerings are determined by student requests. Classes having less than ten students requesting entrance may not be offered.
  • Transcripts

  • Class of 2023 Graduates:
    • Please check your Naviance account to see if your final transcript has been sent.
    • Unless you have an outstanding obligation to the school, all final transcripts have been submitted to the college you requested on your senior survey.  If you have questions regarding a hold, please contact the front office. The 
      Diplomas  are available at the front office -between 8 am - 1pm Monday - Thursday.

  • Class of 2024 Rising Seniors:
    • College applications open August 1.  If an initial transcript is required for your application, please request your transcript when you add your college to Naviance. It will be ready to submit when we return in August.
