Niche.com is the largest website for researching public and private K-12 schools nationwide. It provides rankings, reviews, and statistics about schools and communities, along with other data,  with the objective to help families choose the right schools for their children. Factors considered in the rankings are academics, diversity, teachers, college preparation, clubs and activities, health and safety, administration, sports, food, and resources and facilities.

At St. John XXIII, all students are challenged to pursue academic excellence.  Our college preparatory curriculum is rooted in Catholic values, and each student is encouraged to foster lifelong learning habits that will prepare them for their future.  The St. John XXIII House System, the first of its kind at any Catholic high school in Texas, promotes school spirit, fellowship, spirituality, and academic achievement, as well as provides a foundation for the students to follow the four pillars of the school: excellence, obedience, peace, and renewal.

Last year, St. John XXIII garnered a Living Magazine Reader’s Choice Award for Best Private School in Katy, and was National Catholic Education Association featured school in March of 2017.
