  • Students will be admitted to retrieve items from classrooms, the athletic building and/or the locker rooms – a half-dozen or so at a time.
  • Upon returning to vehicles, exit through the main circle drive gate onto Franz Rd.
  • Those who wish to retrieve items from the band room or art rooms should then re-enter the campus through the EAST gate, park their vehicle and walk to the building doors.
  • Those who intend to retrieve items only from the band room or art rooms can go directly to Student Center lot and park.
Should a student be unable to attend, a parent/ guardian can retrieve items from the lockers, band or art.  Please be sure that you have the necessary information, i.e., locker numbers, combinations, etc. Parents in such cases should also plan to arrive during the assigned House times.

It is our ongoing intention to minimize the exposure of students, parents and staff to potential virus carriers by limiting the number of visitors to the campus.  Door handles, hard surfaces, etc. will be disinfected before and after the retrieval.
