Swim Team Results from TAPPS DIV 2 (5A)
At the TAPPS Div 2 (5A) State Swim Meet in San Antonio Tuesday,
- the girls team finished 9th out of 25 teams.
- the boys finished 14th out of 23 teams.
- Top-eight finishers were: 200 Medley Relay - Lexi Gorham, Riley Nieting, Morgan Brosch, Lilli Gotham-8th.
- John Foreman, 200 Individual Medley, 8th
- Morgan Brosch, 500 freestyle, 4th.
- Anastasia Dementyev, Lila Schroer, Mae Davey, Lilli Gorham, 200 Freestyle Relay -8th.
- Anastasia Dementyev, Lexi Gorham, Lilli Gorham, Morgan Brosch, 400 Freestyle Relay -6th.
Other swimmers scoring for the Sea Lions in the State Meet were Valerie Cruz, Nathan Etheridge, Roman Nguyen, Flynn Rijken, and Josh Thekkekara. Team high-point swimmer for girls was Morgan Brosch, and John Foreman for the boys.
Coaches Outstanding Swim Awards went to Anastasia Dementyev, Riley Nieting, Morgan Brosch, and Roman Nguyen. Congratulations to all the swimmers for a great season!
