Back to School Night – Volunteers prepare/serve refreshments for parents who are following their student’s schedule.
Campus Decorating - Volunteers would assist in year-round decoration of campus, i.e., Christmas, Homecoming, and other events as requested/needed. Includes floral arrangements for the Cardinal’s Mass and Baccalaureate Mass. Committee is responsible for design, set-up, tear-down, and storage.
Campus Ministry Volunteer - For more information, please contact Mrs. DeMois directly.

Carpool - The carpool chair compiles a list of those looking for a carpool and makes it available to interested families. It is the responsibility of the participants to organize their own carpools.
Cookie Crew - Volunteers agree to be “on-call” to donate cookies/refreshments for various school events/receptions during the year.
Auction Volunteers - Volunteers assist in a wide variety of roles which encompass all aspects of our annual Crimson and Gold Auction.
New Parent Mentors - Volunteers help with receptions/information sessions for new parents, hosted by moms of current students and the Parent Association. The committee is designed to answer questions, foster a sense of unity and belonging, and cultivate future committee members for all events associated with the school.
Open House - Held annually, this event is a reception and information session for prospective students and their parents, as well as a recruitment opportunity for future students and parents.
Prospective Parent Brunch - Volunteers assist with this annual brunch for parents accompanying students taking the HSPT at St. John XXIII College Preparatory. A great recruitment and informational opportunity with prospective Lions!
Raffle - Volunteers help to collect and account for completed raffle tickets/monies generated at scheduled times during the school year as well as create accurate records of monies collected in preparation for the raffle drawing held at the Homecoming game in the fall.
Roar Store Volunteer - The Roar Store is entirely run by parent volunteers.
Teacher Appreciation – Volunteers serve food/refreshments for faculty and staff during in-services, and plan/execute opportunities to demonstrate support and appreciation for the faculty of St. John XXIII College Preparatory.
