Applications must be completed online and the $75 application fee submitted.  We will accept new freshman and transfer student applications based on availability until September 1 for the first semester 2019-2020.

2. Teacher Recommendations
Three teacher recommendations are required for admission consideration.  Print the form and give to your child's teacher for completion.  The forms are also located under "Application Forms" on the right-hand side of this page. 


3. Transcript Release
Transcripts are required.  Please print the records release form and submit to any relevant schools for completion.  The forms are also located under "Application Forms" on the right-hand side of this page. 


All 9th Grade applicants are required to register for either the HSPT and/or the ISEE exams.

5. Academic Support Services

St. John XXIII College Preparatory is proud to announce that we offer partial scholarships to the top students applying to St. John XXIII for their freshman year and transfer year.  These scholarships are based upon information gathered from the application including entrance test scores, transcript, and teacher recommendations. In addition to the completed application information we need a resume submitted.
To be considered for these scholarships’ applicants are required to:
  • Submit a completed admissions application
  • Submit a resume to: admissions@sj23lions.org
  • Resumes need to be received no later than January 17th
HSPT make up test on SJ23 campus is Saturday January 25,2020.
