Financial aid at St. John XXIII College Preparatory is not determined by academics and is based on family income and circumstances. In order for your request for tuition assistance to be considered, you must have:
  • Completed a FAST application
  • Remitted the application fee
  • Submitted a W2 and Tax Information from the previous fiscal year (you do not need to wait for your updated W2 and Tax Information from this year in order to apply)
 
The FAST System is an independent entity and is managed independently from the school. It is your responsibility to complete and follow up on the status of your application. Purpose
We are pleased to partner with your family through the Tuition Assistance program. As part of this partnership, we ask that parents and students make a commitment to be active volunteers in our school community by sharing their time and talents to help advance our mission to prepare the hearts and minds of our students to serve God and others.

Work Scholarship Commitment
  • Parents and students are asked to actively volunteer on campus and the number of hours required is based on the amount of assistance offered:

Please note:
    • Students must complete 50% of the total volunteer hours.
    • To identify opportunities of service, parents and students can reach out to co-curricular faculty and sponsors, Campus Ministry, and the Administrative staff. Parents can also volunteer their time with the Parent Association.
    • Families are responsible for tracking their hours. Volunteer hours must be approved and signed off by a St. John XXIII faculty, staff, or Parent Association member. Hours are due by May 1st at the end of the school year for which financial aid is awarded.
    • Parents/Guardians must have up to date Virtus/Safe Environment training on file in the St. John XXIII office to volunteer.
