St. John XXIII is dedicated to offering financial aid to make tuition as affordable as possible for families committed to Catholic education.
To apply for tuition assistance at St. John XXIII College Preparatory, click the "Blackbaud Financial Aid Management Picture" on the right-hand side to be taken to the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management online application.
In order for your request for financial aid to be considered, you must:
Complete a Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application
Remit the application fee
Submit a W2 and Tax Information from the previous fiscal year (you do not need to wait for your updated W2 and Tax Information from this year in order to apply)
The Blackbaud Financial Aid Management System is an independent entity and is managed independently from the school. It is your responsibility to complete and follow up on the status of your application. Tuition Assistance Volunteer Program For Families Who Have Received Financial Aid
Purpose
We are pleased to offer financial aid to help off-set the cost of tuition and partner with your family through the Tuition Assistance Volunteer Program. As part of this partnership, families who have received financial aid are asked to commit to being active volunteers in our school community by sharing their time and talents to help advance our mission.
Tuition Assistance Volunteer Commitment
Parents and students are asked to actively volunteer on campus. The number of hours required is based on the amount of financial aid assistance offered. Please refer to the chart below:

Please note:
Students must complete a minimum of 50 percent of the required total volunteer hours. Parents may complete the remaining required hours.
Families are responsible for tracking their hours. Volunteer hours must be approved and signed off by a St. John XXIII faculty, staff, or Parent Association member. Hours must be turned in to Mrs. Tawana Fulmer and are due no later than May 1 of the school year for which financial aid was awarded.
To volunteer, parents/guardians must have up to date Virtus/Safe Environment certification on file in the St. John XXIII office.
